I plan to remove the BASIC tier by summer. There's a few recurring issues with it but the most convincing are:
- it's been providing about 6-7% in pledges for months now, with less than 1/3 of fans choosing this tier;
- with a little patience there's no need for early access, I post publicly after a while anyway (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/15253168).
Once it's removed, there'll be only one monthly tier...

Pixiv subtracts the difference in the prices for each tier, so the highest 2022 tier gives you access to all 4 years (2019-2022); accordingly, if you pledge a lesser tier and would want sign up for a higher one, you would only be charged the difference between lesser tier and the higher one.
