パッと思い浮かんだキャラの肥満姿を比較してみました。

カーミラはお尻が1番デカい、大和はお腹を中心に全体的に太く、バゲ子はざっくりBBWくらい…っていうイメージですね。

Carmilla has the biggest buttocks, Yamato is fat overall but especially in the belly, and Bergest is roughly BBW size... I interpreted it that way.
