I've gotten together all of the files needed, there is a total of 31 item folders (Note this has since changed in the updates below, there are more files). Some of them are items that can be liberated from each other, so there will most likely be more than 31 items total. I've started working on some summer/pool/beach/vacation items, here is the first one, a pool float. I've made it with the Island Living float as the base so it can bob in the water and sims can relax on it, so Island Living is required for this item. But I will also make a base game compatible version of this item.

Always suggested: bb.objects ON, it makes placing items much easier. For further placement tweaking, check out the TOOL mod by TwistedMexi. I have used the TOOL mod to adjust the positioning of the Moai in the beach image, for instance.
