Anchor Skysa Animamtions package SE

I made a simple skysa animation installation package。Because Le doesn't have AMR, So .... I only made SE version. 

The animated bag contains weapons. There is no need to install weapons separately again

After the installation is completed, There will be some identification in the folder[XXXX.TXT] ， indicating which folder is what animation. You can edit these animation settings。
