Manitou Issue 3 Intro

A lot happened last issue and there's a lot more in store for the crew in Issue 3. The leader of the Agency is none other than the semi-reformed Ruler, The Librarian! The crew's handler has mysterious mysteries of her own! And there's a gang of Faux Sins loose in the city!
