This month has been a huge step towards our goal! Up 4.4kg from last month. At this rate Iโd be at 125-130kg easy by August ๐ but Iโm probably gonna need to up my calories like I have been to keep the steady weight gain. ๐คช Fuck thatโs gonna be amazing once I get to 120kg

Weight gain so far
This would be a live video but Iโm not allowed them currently. Anywayโฆ Iโve just calculated the calories (kcal) for just the protein shakes that I have per day which are totaling 4250kcal: not including the food I also have which could bump that up to around 5500kcal. Previously when I bulked up to 120kg I remember having at least 7000kcal per day so in order to continue a steady weight gain and increase my measurements all over then I need to add in an extra 1000-15...
