I had another really rough day

It feels like when I had mono but it has lasted for about 4 months now. ๐ฉ
Every Dr I've seen so far seems to think it's my anxiety & depression but I know that's not it. ๐
I've been depressed & anxious since I was 5 years old & have never lost 40 pounds in 3 months without trying.. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
