In Japanese, when you teach a dog to beg it uses the same word that is slang for a man's "thing." Then she goes on about how he can sometimes be limp or stiff and curves to the left. The things she tried to get the Prez to say aren't direct translations as there isn't a way that makes sense so it is using its own jokes here. I do prefer the other subtitles for the last bit, as Fujiwara says she wanted "it" from him for Kaguya and her, then asks Kaguya if she wants to "change places," and Kaguya saying she'd never "use her mouth for something so vulgar."
