It is a 15-track sojurn through consciousness expansion and trauma recovery - part dancepunk cathedral, part ethereal meditation, part industrial catharsis.
Or, to put it in more direct words- the art and people I align with are dreamers who dive into the unconscious world and bring back ideas to shape their reality. They do this because they exist in an inner world as a soul-to-God supernatural relationship, and in the outer world they are called to deal with an imperfect reality via healing and making cool things.
To point to some songs, âLucid Dreamingâ is EXACTLY about that- sleeping to dream of ideals you bring into the waking world.
âHappeningâ is about being awake and dealing directly this imperfect crypto fascist time.
â1 to 1â refers to a caregiver who is at armâs length from a self harmer, putting out an aura to drain off their bad vibes and taking it into yourself.
âSilhouetteâ is the lingering menace survivors of sexual violence carry within.
âHate to Say Itâ is admitting addiction in a song that is pure cathedral transcendence.
âMorning Driftâ is trying to get your head and life together when healing from trauma.
âExhaling the Evilâ I wrote in the steam room đ§ but it cradles the listener in love, deletes the self-punishment and sheds the skin.
Anyways, if you read this far and like my photos youâll probably like this unique artifact, itâs all straight from the exact same body and mind and soul.
