The subreddit is actually decent in my experience and not very active but I get it. Seconding that I need this bumper sticker. officially license the design. @The Jane One, I'm bi but I've only ever been in straight relationships and don't see why my family would need to know I'm LGBTQ+. It doesn't feel like I'm keeping it from them, it's just something I haven't told them, like I also haven't told them about x favorite movie etc. It doesn't concern them unless I'm serious about someone enough to bring them to a holiday. So maybe I have a privileged POV being cishet-passing, but I say just let your grandma assume what she wants to assume unless you're thinking about getting engaged to someone. ๐คทโโ๏ธ If you believe in an afterlife, wait to tell her then, and she won't have to ever worry which place you get into which I think is where a lot of family-directed homophobia comes from. Also the Bible never says anything about lesbians, just gay men, to which Jesus basically says "let them" (Matthew 19:12)
