Iโm not saying Raikoโs a genocide supporter. But Iโm not not saying it. Lol no, but he is an idiot, and way too reactionary to be in such a position of power. Every decision weโve seen him make has been done on the spot, without stopping to consider potential consequences.

2024-05-15 18:41:31 +0000 UTCWe actually seemingly do know that Rohan is an airbender, because Mako told Dawโs brother that there were only 5 airbenders in the world, and he didnโt know about Bumi yet. I guess he couldโve meant Korra, but Iโve always assumed he was talking about people who exclusively airbend, which would be Tenzin and all 4 of his kids.

I just love how (besides Korra in Asamiโs first couple of episodes) theyโre never really depicted to be fighting over Mako, and theyโve always respected/admired each other. Itโs not often you get a dynamic like Korra and Asamiโs to come out of a love triangle plot and Iโm here for it.

He seems like someone who's just fascinated with basically a culture of old, so it stands to reason that his non-bending martial art style was already based off airbendibg techniques. IMO thats how he got so good so fast, he had the basics down before he even found out he got airbending

He uses it as an extenstion of that, but its not on the level of a airbending master.
