Of course, we went into it knowing it's written by MAME the TharnType writer so we were prepared to call out the SE scenes LOL. But aside from that one problematic scene with Payu, the rest of the episode was rly fun to watch!
Definitely excited to keep watching!

Second, the actors who play Rain & Payu sing the theme song (and the actors playing Prapai and Sky sing a different theme song in the start of episode 8 for their story). Third, I'm going to link a tumblr post that was EXTREMELY helpful to me in regards to at least understanding Rain and Payu's dynamic, and why some people like Mame's shows so much, even if they're not completely to my own taste. I found it after the first 5 or so episodes and I wish I would've found it sooner. 2023-01-08 14:57:32 +0000 UTChahahah we do in fact love a bisexual king ! it is definitely hard to go into a show that you know the writerโs works have been known as problematic and isnโt really working on it but it did got better and i think thatโs why Love In The Air is more of a fun watch than TharnType and also like you said when you know the writer you expect similar things to happen. All the main charactersโ names do have a weather meaning starting by Rain & Sky that obviously you know the meaning of. Payu means Storm and the guy who needs to shave is his twin Saifah which means Thunder. Prapai doesnโt mean wind like Claudia said but to be fair people did mistake it for wind as his logo is wind but Prapai is the hindu god of the wind that translates to Praipai in Thai, if iโm not mistaken, wind is โlohmโ in Thai. Payu is that character that did in fact play with that limit of consent but doesnโt play too much with it so the rest of their story to watch should be a good time. Also since the show is based on two different books the two couples are main characters but becomes side characters when their story is over. Rain & Payu story is ep 1 to 7 then it passes on to Prapai & Sky. You will see Sky in Rain & Payuโs story more than Prapai because since it is mostly from Rainโs pov, Rain doesnโt know Prapai. Sorry for the long comment hahahah. Excited to see the rest of the shows with yโall <3

I love sky and the friendship he has with rain. you will see fast enough that rain is really dense and makes some stupid decision ahahah but it only adds to his charms honestly ahahah. also the sound being fucked isn't new, the team who edited the sound and that added the music were really bad. also the placement of the mics in the clothes like lรจne said on discord was also shitty. it doesn't get really better but you learn to tune it out ahhaha

2023-01-08 07:13:59 +0000 UTCalso there is no second lead couple, both couples are main lead. the first half of the show focuses on payu and rain but what we don't see is that things are also developing for prapai and sky, you get those missing scenes later on. and then part 2 is their storyline and they become the main focus and rain and payu are side characters.
