I think I might start uploading ASMR audios like this now!
Not only can you all play it right away instead of having to wait for it, you can just listen and I can also have Preview audio to give a lil taste!~
Would you all be okay with this change? LMK

Thanks for the reply ๐ I actually just found out that I can save audios to my device if I open Patreon in my phoneโs browser and click on the ellipses you mentioned before. I had already tried that after your previous comment, but for some reason the "Download" option only shows, when youโre specifically on the creatorโs page, as I found out now. When looking at the post in the Recent feed, clicking the ellipses only brings up the "Report this content" option, so I thought downloading just isnโt an option on iOS. Very confusing, but I figured it out now without any workarounds required ๐๐ผ๐

I also just checked on my Android, and had both a "Download" and "Save to Device" option, the latter allowed me to play it through the music app at my liesure. So maybe an alternative to play it on mobile if iOS does not support the "Save to Device" is download it on a PC or Android then transfer it to your phone.

2024-06-19 01:57:40 +0000 UTCThere is a download button, but I think thatโs only for playing the file offline in the Patreon app, because itโs not showing up in my file explorer. Iโm on iOS, dunno if it might be different for you, depending on your platform.

2024-06-18 15:34:24 +0000 UTCIโd say I like this change. Google Drive had some issues (although very rarely, I should add), where the media wasnโt available, and said to try again later. The good thing about it was though, that I could save the audio locally to play them in my own media player, which is nice for being able to loop it. The Patreon app either doesnโt have that feature or I havenโt found it yet, but itโs not really that big of a deal. In any case, amazing work as always, Raya ๐๐
