Saber Flash Belt WIP 8/13
Added 2021-08-13 23:53:19 +0000 UTCTrying to have some work done and ready for Wonder Almighty. That way when the sounds come around I can pop it out. While it is mostly a redo of elemental dragon the cover swinging out does change things.
