I made the mart sign to be BGC, and still light up at nighttime. I made these a few years ago, the original image texture was very tiny (64 x 64 pixels) so it allowed little room for detail. This is right before I realized that I can make the textures larger. So here is the new file, with fixed and improved textures, all remade. I added some new ones as well. There aren't any Maxis Match swatches on these, unfortunately. But I am hoping to revisit these again and make a file with some MM Simlish.

The ACNH Drinks Set has been updated to include many more swatches for more variety, and I had this beverage table I made from an EA barstool & gave it a bunch of recolors, its from a long time ago so I want to share it.

Sims 4, Base game compatible. 24 items. The sinks are functional as sinks, the stoves are decor with slots. The outdoor kitchen is a functional grill with a table surface. I'm now moving on to the next poll items, the kitchen stuff. I got all the files into their own folders yesterday & fixed the image textures. Here is the first "counter" which is a table surface. Sims counters require multiple meshes of different shapes to be available for corners, ends, and islands (gif above of the EA Harbinger counter mesh types), and we only have 1 mesh for the ACNH counters, so they are made as miscellaneous surfaces.
