I hiked the dogs Friday. Felt a little less than enthused about the gym but I enjoyed training chest! Lol

My traps grow like weeds.. out of control lol. I do love them tho. Lol unfortunately if I train them hard.. they usually lock up post training.. to the point I can’t turn my head to back up when I’m driving lol. #biggirlproblems 😅
